John Cruden to give Supreme Court Update at ACOEL Annual Meeting

Principal John Cruden (Washington, DC) will join the panel presentation, “Supreme Court Year in Review,” during the American College of Environmental Lawyers’ (ACEOL) 2026 Annual Meeting.

The panel will examine key U.S. Supreme Court decisions from the 2025–2026 term affecting environmental, administrative, and constitutional law, while also highlighting significant cases to watch in the 2026–2027 term.
