John Cruden to Speak at ABA's Superfund Master Class

Beveridge & Diamond Principal John Cruden (Washington, DC) will speak at American Bar Association (ABA)'s Superfund Master Class in Chicago, IL. This program will explore important considerations for Superfund practitioners. Leaders from the private, nonprofit, and governmental sectors will converge for a thought-provoking exchange of policy, regulatory, and legal issues. Program discussions will explore both current and emerging development, litigation, and allocation issues. Corporate, governmental, and private counsel will gain an understanding of the incentives and concerns of each player in the Superfund arena and have ample opportunities for discussion and networking with speakers and attendees.
