Justin Smith to Provide Keynote Address on Regulatory Changes in New Administration at NAEM's OPEX25
Of Counsel Justin Smith (Washington, DC) will speak during the opening keynote, "Navigating the Shifting Regulatory Environment," at the National Association for Environmental, Health & Safety, and Sustainability Management (NAEM)'s OPEX25 EHS Operational Excellence Conference, on April 1. Carolyn Hanson (Deputy Director, Environmental Council of the States) will join Justin on the panel and Kris Vaughn-Morico (Vice President, Safety, Health, and Environment, BAE Systems) will moderate the panel.
Justin and Carolyn will examine changes in the regulatory and enforcement landscape under the second Trump administration, including Administration priorities, potentially significant changes in federal regulation, and how state policy is likely to respond.
