Mackenzie Schoonmaker and Chris Strunk Presenting Strafford Webinar on Environmental Issues in the Cannabis Industry

Principal Mackenzie Schoonmaker (New York) and Of Counsel Chris Strunk (San Francisco) will present a webinar hosted by Strafford Publications. The program is titled "Environmental Issues in the Cannabis Industry: Evolving Regulations and Litigation for Marijuana, CBD, and Hemp" and will take place from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. (ET) on October 15. 

The program will address environmental law issues affecting the cannabis industry, considering ongoing state agency enforcement actions, private litigation under civil RICO and state laws such as California's Prop 65, compliance with environmental regulations, and best practices for addressing toxic tort and product liability litigation to mitigate clients' environmental risks. 

CLE credit will be available in some jurisdictions.
