Stephen Smith to Speak at State Bar of Georgia's Environmental Law Section Annual CLE Seminar

Of Counsel Stephen Smith (Washington, DC) will speak during a session titled, "Trump 2.0" at the State Bar of Georgia's Environmental Law Section's Annual CLE Seminar. Stephen serves on the executive team for the GA Bar’s Environmental Law Section.

Stephen's session will examine the implications for EPA regulatory compliance and enforcement priorities, EPA's constitutional and administrative authority, as well as state and citizen suit initiatives aimed at limiting or compensating for shifts in federal priorities and staffing.

CLE credit will be available in some jurisdictions.
