Tim Pohle to Join ELI Panel on Biofuel Policy Developments

Of Counsel Tim Pohle (Washington, DC) will join a panel during an Environmental Law Institute (ELI) webinar, “Biofuels: The Latest Developments and Policy Considerations.”

The panelists will examine biofuel supply chains, carbon accounting, and the role of biofuels in decarbonization. They will also discuss current biofuel policy, feedstock sources, life-cycle assessments, carbon insetting and offsetting, capital investment cycles, and future decarbonization pathways.
