Tim Pohle to Moderate Panel on Commercial Aviation and Space Operations for ABA Air and Space Annual Meeting
Of Counsel Tim Pohle (Washington, DC) will moderate “Two Critical Industries, One Airspace: Integrating Commercial Aviation and Commercial Space Operations in an Age of Rapid Growth” at the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Air & Space Law 2026 Annual Meeting & Conference.
The panel will bring together industry and government leaders to discuss the practical and legal challenges involved in accommodating commercial aviation and commercial space operations in the nation’s airspace. Panelists will include LaKisha Price (Vice President, System Operations Services, FAA’s Air Traffic Organization) and Kate Lynne Cranor (Executive Director – Office of Operational Safety, Office of Commercial Space Transportation).
