Tim Pohle to Moderate Panel on Regulatory Landscape for Aviation Lawyers at ABA Webinar

Of Counsel Tim Pohle (Washington, DC) will moderate an American Bar Association (ABA) webinar titled "Environmental Regulatory Landscape for Aviation Lawyers in 2025." The panel will explore critical environmental issues facing the sector on the international, national, state, and local levels, including SAF and CORSIA, noise, NEPA, sustainability reporting, PFAS, and avoiding unintended consequences of geoengineering regulation. Along the way, the panel will consider the impacts of the administration's aggressively novel regulatory approach, Supreme Court decisions reshaping environmental and administrative law, and the varying reactions of state and local governments. Panelists will also discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by rapidly growing commercial space and Advanced Air Mobility industries.
