Principal Russ LaMotte (Washington, DC) will speak on "EHS Regulatory Threats, Supply Chain Challenges, Research Opportunities and Industry Collaboration," at SEMICON West on October 7.

Russ will first speak at a session on "US EPA AIM Act Technology Transition Rule and TSCA PFAS Reporting Rule: Opportunities for the Semiconductor Industry," where he will discuss the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act's Technology Transitions Rule (TTR) and its restrictions on HFCs. Russ will then join a panel on "SEMI EHS Supply Chain Panel," where he will share insights regarding supply chain challenges as a result of the AIM Act TTR, controls on PFAS, and other chemical regulatory requirements.
