Principal Mark Duvall (Washington, DC) will speak on "the  Federal Hazardous Substance Act (FHSA)" at the Household and Commercial Products Association (HCPA)'s Consumer Product Safety Commission from A-to-Z Workshop. He will discuss the key aspects of the FHSA, and also contrast its labeling requirements with those of the Occupational Safety and Health Association under the Hazard Communication Standard.
