Howard University School of Law Selects Summer Ford as 2025 Benjamin F. Wilson/Beveridge & Diamond PC Environmental Law Scholar

Howard University School of Law has named Summer Ford as the 2025 recipient of the Benjamin F. Wilson/Beveridge & Diamond PC Environmental Law Scholarship. B&D established the scholarship in 2022 to honor former Chairman Ben Wilson following his retirement. The endowed fund supports Howard law students pursuing a career in environmental law.

Summer, a graduate of the University of Georgia, is in her second year of Howard’s three-year JD program. This past summer, she interned with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People’s Center for Environmental and Climate Justice and the American Medical Association. Summer is the third student to receive this scholarship.
