World Environment Center Elects Beveridge & Diamond Principal Lauren Hopkins a 2022 Board Officer

The World Environment Center (WEC) announced it elected its Board Officers to lead the organization in 2022. In addition to Lauren Hopkins (Principal, Seattle) who will continue to serve as Board Secretary, the Officers include Chair Emilio Tenuta (Senior Vice President & Chief Sustainability Officer at Ecolab, Inc.), Vice-Chair Eunice Heath (Corporate Director of Sustainability at Dow), and Treasurer Donna Venable (Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Deputy General Manager, Shared Services at Ricoh USA, Inc.).

Lauren joined the WEC Board of Directors in 2020. A leader of B&D’s Corporate Sustainability, ESG and Product Stewardship practices, she advises clients in numerous industry sectors on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures, responsible sourcing of raw materials including “conflict minerals” and forest products, as well as human rights and labor issues in corporate operations and supply chains.

“I'm honored to continue my service to WEC, working with some of the top leaders in corporate sustainability to support WEC's mission of advancing sustainable development through corporate business practices,” said Lauren.
