Daniel Eisenberg is an Associate in the Washington, DC office of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., and focuses on environmental law and litigation. Mr. Eisenberg received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, and his undergraduate degree in Biology and Society from Cornell University.
Mr. Eisenberg has represented individual businesses and municipalities in compliance, enforcement, and counseling matters involving EPCRA, NEPA, RCRA, the CAA, and other federal statutes. In addition, he is well-versed in various issues involving state, federal and international legislation regulating the electronics industry.
While in law school, Mr. Eisenberg served as a Book Review Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal, participated in Georgetown’s Criminal Justice Clinic, and interned at the Natural Resources Defense Council.
Mr. Eisenberg is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the New York Bar.
