With sadness and in celebration of his 13 years of service and many accomplishments for our firm and our clients that are now part of his legacy, we note that our colleague Alex passed away suddenly on September 11, 2025. 

Alex served as the firm’s Senior Manager of Paralegal Services, where he dedicated himself to leading B&D’s team of paralegals and paralegal assistants and supporting firm clients on numerous litigation and regulatory matters. He brought particular experience in managing state and federal cases. 

Alex was a valued team member across the firm–always pitching in wherever his help was requested. Those of us who worked alongside Alex at B&D witnessed daily how deeply he cared about his work and the people around him. He brought intelligence, skill, integrity, dedication, and compassion to everything he touched. His example has inspired all of us, not just to be better at our jobs but also to be better people, in an enduring way. 

We will remember Alex for his professionalism, diligence, and the invaluable contributions he made to our firm and our clients.
