Biography
Alison draws on her background in environmental law to support clients navigating litigation and regulatory challenges.
She focuses on developing solutions for clients facing issues under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Her experience includes researching and drafting memoranda on international electronic waste regulations, ESA, and environmental concerns affecting the wine industry.
In law school, Alison served as a legal intern for the Environmental Permitting and Counseling Section of the New Jersey Division of Law. In that role, she reviewed documents on wetland development and offshore wind development appeals, observed oral arguments in the appellate division, and researched NEPA regulations under the Federal Highway Administration. Alison also served as the Vice President of the William & Mary Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Competition Team, which fueled her interest in applying ADR methods to the field of environmental law.
