Biography

Angie draws on her passion for the environment and human well-being to help clients resolve environmental and commercial issues.

Angie’s experience spans the Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and the Endangered Species Act. She applies her past experiences in the public and private sector to advocate for clients. While clerking at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment & Natural Resources Division, Angie supported the Environmental Defense Section at the trial and appellate level. In private practice, she has worked with tribal governments on site remediation issues, researched the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s energy policies, and supported litigation matters involving water and land disputes. Angie is also dedicated to pro bono service and handles matters relating to immigration and asylum.

In law school, Angie was involved with Georgetown’s Environmental Law & Justice Clinic and advised a community organization on local land-use and environmental laws. At the Georgetown Climate Center, she researched state implementation of federal transportation requirements with attention to equity, climate, and EV-charging policy. Prior to law school, Angie was a Tribal and Community Climate Adaptation Intern with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10, where she analyzed tribal governments’ environmental concerns to inform EPA’s resource allocation.
