Biography
Anshika helps clients navigate water, waste, and workplace-safety issues through clear, research-driven advocacy.
Anshika focuses on environmental law and litigation, with experience spanning water quality and regulatory compliance. She has researched federal and state water laws, analyzed penalty assessments, and drafted practical updates on emerging trends in environmental law for publication. Anshika collaborates closely with water, waste, and litigation teams to translate complex rules into actionable guidance for clients.
Her background includes legal and policy research at the Environmental Law Institute on topics such as water resource development, environmental justice, and international peacebuilding—experience that informs her approach to defending and resolving environmental disputes.
In law school, she deepened her litigation skill set through the Trial Advocacy Workshop and built regulatory fluency in courses and clinic work in environmental law, natural resources law, administrative law, and the Environmental Law & Policy Clinic. This combination equips her to support matters involving investigations, compliance counseling, and early-stage strategy in contentious proceedings.
Before attending law school, Anshika served in roles that refined her project management and client-service skills, including as a legal assistant, where she obtained records to support litigation.
