Anthony practices in the areas of environmental litigation and regulatory counseling.
He represents clients in complex environmental litigation matters before state and federal courts nationwide, including as lead counsel in high-profile matters in the D.C. Circuit and other federal courts. He has also represented pesticide data owners in numerous contested arbitration matters, securing recovery of data compensation owed by follow-on registrants under FIFRA. He advises clients concerning federal and state regulatory requirements, particularly those applicable to pesticides and genetically-modified organisms.
Anthony co-chairs the Firm’s appellate practice group, and served as staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, Georgia.
