Biography

Casey represents clients in environmental litigation, toxic tort disputes, and matters involving waste management operations.

Casey works on matters including environmental tort claims, waste management disputes, and related commercial disputes. Before joining Beveridge & Diamond, she clerked for a judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Her clerkship provided firsthand experience with federal court litigation, judicial decision-making, and legal and procedural issues that shape complex disputes.

Before law school, Casey served in the U.S. Army, where she held leadership roles in units operating around the world. Her military service sharpened her ability to solve complex problems, manage competing priorities, and make decisions under pressure—skills she now applies to her litigation practice.
