Principals Ryan Carra and Russ LaMotte (Washington, DC) will present, "Unpacking the TSCA PFAS Reporting Rule: Impacts on the Electronics Sector," at a webinar co-hosted by IPC, Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), and Consumer Technology Association (CTA). Ryan and Russ will give an overview of the new one-time EPA reporting rule on Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) under the Toxic Substances Control Act, including its significant impact on electronics producers and importers. They will examine what the rule requires and provide strategies for the electronics sector to address these obligations.
