Alyse Adamson and Lou Manzo to Speak on Environmental Enforcement for Association of Corporate Counsel Webcast

Washington, DC Principals Alyse Adamson and Lou Manzo spoke on a webcast, "Lessons from Former Federal Prosecutors: Mitigating Sensitive Environmental Enforcement, Investigations, and Other Special Situations," for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).

Lou and Alyse shared actionable insights and firsthand experiences to prepare corporate counsel for environmental and other kinds of internal investigations, responding to subpoenas, and dealing with criminal or potential criminal enforcement actions. They also examined strategies to proactively address sensitive enforcement actions before they escalate, and communicate effectively with prosecutors if necessary. Leslie Garthwaite (Director, Corporate Investigations at Exelon) moderated this panel discussion.
