The annual GlobalChem conference is a leading industry conference bringing together industry professionals and government representatives to assess developments in global chemicals management.

Principal Mark Duvall (Washington, DC) will speak on, "TSCA Existing Chemicals: Prioritization, Risk Evaluation, and Risk Management in Focus," on February 23. This plenary session will examine EPA’s approach to regulating existing chemicals under TSCA, focusing on how substances are prioritized, assessed for risk, and addressed through regulatory measures.

Principal Ryan Carra (Washington, DC) will join a panel on, "State-Level Chemical Regulation: Emerging Trends and Policy Hotspots," on February 24. Panelists will discuss major state-level legislative initiatives and policy developments, with particular attention to product stewardship, chemical disclosure, and emerging regulatory frameworks.

Principal Russ LaMotte (Washington, DC) will participate in a session, "Global Regulatory Landscape: Updates on International Frameworks and Regional Developments," on February 24. During the session, experts will provide a concise overview of worldwide developments in chemical management and regulatory policy.
