Principal Dan Schulson (Washington, DC) will speak on a panel, "Effective Commenting in the Rulemaking Process: Tips for Strategic Advocacy," presented by ALI CLE and co-sponsored by the Environmental Law Institute. The panelists will explain how to craft persuasive, well-supported comments on proposed regulations, to capture agencies' attention and preserve arguments in preparation for potential judicial challenges.
