Mark Duvall and Roy Prather to Speak at ELI’s Eastern Boot Camp on Environmental Law

Principals Mark Duvall (Washington, DC) and Roy Prather (Baltimore) will speak at the Environmental Law Institute's (ELI) 35th Annual Eastern Boot Camp on Environmental Law.

Mark will present “Federal Chemical Regulation” on November 18, covering the Toxic Substances Control Act and its implementation in the decade since Congress overhauled the statute.

Roy will present “Environmental Justice” on November 19, reviewing its history at the state and federal levels and discussing how the current administration’s priorities affect approaches to environmental justice.
