Mark Duvall to Moderate, Ryan Carra to Speak at ELI's Toxic Substances Control Act Annual Conference

Principals Mark Duvall (Washington, DC) and Ryan Carra (Washington, DC) will participate in the Environmental Law Institute (ELI)'s Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Annual Conference, "TSCA Reform – Nine Years Later." Mark will moderate a panel on risk evaluation, addressing how EPA determines whether chemicals present an unreasonable risk. Ryan will speak on a panel focusing on risk management rules for chemicals found to present an unreasonable risk.
