Austin Office Managing Principal Mike Vitris (Austin) will join the “Built to Withstand Challenge: Defending Energy Projects and Operations in Environmental Litigation” panel for the Institute for Energy Law (IEL) 25th Annual Energy Litigation Conference.

The panel will discuss strategies for defending citizen suits under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act, building administrative records, and responding to permit challenges and litigation affecting offshore projects.
