Ryan Carra and Weiwei Luo to Speak at Chemical Watch's Regulatory Summit

Principal Ryan Carra (Washington, DC) and Of Counsel Weiwei Luo (Washington, DC) will present at Chemical Watch's North America Regulatory Summit 2025.

Ryan will speak on, "TSCA risk evaluation ‘framework’ rule," on September 15. He will discuss Biden-era revisions to the risk evaluation framework rule, intentions to amend the rule, and litigation challenging the Biden-era rule.

Weiwei will speak on, "Updates from China," on September 16. She will share regulatory updates on ozone-depleting substances, Globally Harmonized System standards, and hazardous substance restrictions in products, as well as chemicals management in 2025 and beyond.
