Biography

Gina assists clients in both environmental litigation and regulatory matters.

Under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), Gina has worked with pesticide companies in data compensation arbitrations, focusing on supporting the rights of data owners against follow-on registrants of pesticides. As part of her FIFRA work, Gina tracks FIFRA-related data, compiles reports, and directly interacts with clients and independent consultants to document evidence. To date, she has spearheaded three separate data compensation arbitration matters, including discovery, motion practice, and hot-seat control of Trial Director to present evidence during hearings.

Beyond FIFRA, Gina has worked with clients in a variety of Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and California Environmental Quality Act matters. She has vast experience performing core litigation tasks such as document review and productions, data management, cite-checking, compiling table of authorities, and court filings.
