Gina is very experienced in ADR proceedings under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). To date, she has spearheaded three separate data compensation arbitration matters, including discovery, motion practice, and hot-seat control of Trial Director presentation during final hearings.  Gina tracks FIFRA-related data and compiles reports and directly interacts with clients and independent consultants to document evidence. In addition, Gina has vast experience in proofreading, cite-checking and Bluebooking legal memoranda.
