Principals Drew Silton (Washington, DC) and Erika Spanton (Seattle) will speak on a panel, "EPA's Unprecedented Efforts to Use RDA to Require Permits for CII Properties," for the American Water Works Association, Hawaii Section, and the Hawaii Water Environment Association's Pacific Water Conference (PWC). Drew and Erika will discuss the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s efforts to expand stormwater permitting requirements.
