Jason helps energy companies, independent power producers, and infrastructure developers navigate federal and state environmental and utility regulations. His work includes transmission access and interconnection, energy infrastructure permitting, and regulatory issues affecting large electricity loads, including data centers. He also monitors developments at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) affecting power producers, utilities, and large loads.

Jason represents clients in environmental, regulatory, land use, and commercial litigation. His experience includes developing litigation and discovery strategies, drafting pleadings and briefs, analyzing administrative records, and supporting major appeals in state and federal courts.

Jason took a less traditional route to law, earning an English and theatre degree, an M.F.A. in acting, and a stint performing as a Blue Man in New York. His work involves a lot less paint now, but the skills he developed in the arts still come in handy.
