Biography
Jordann advises on environmental law and litigation, with a focus on contaminated sites and water quality.
Jordann concentrates on helping clients navigate complex environmental issues that arise in investigations and disputes, including contaminated site matters under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and water-quality issues governed by the Clean Water Act. She has drafted research memoranda and analyses addressing toxic contamination, the application of CERCLA to special purpose districts, and the interplay between environmental and bankruptcy law.
Her experience spans federal and state frameworks, including Washington’s Model Toxics Control Act, and practical exposure to client needs in active matters. Jordann’s writing background—producing articles on clean energy, sustainability, and environmental policy—strengthens her ability to translate technical issues into clear advocacy for litigation teams and stakeholders. She also brings hands-on experience supporting community-focused legal work through clinics and pro bono projects.
In law school, Jordann served in leadership roles with the Environmental Law Society and on the Washington Law Review, earning Pro Bono Honors for her service, which informs her client-service approach. Jordann is drawn to the cutting edge of environmental litigation—including how insolvency, governance, and regulatory strategy intersect with site cleanup and water programs.
