Biography
Kevin helps clients navigate evolving environmental challenges by providing strategic research, regulatory analysis, and litigation support.
Kevin offers experience in legal and factual research, motions practice, document review, discovery management, trial preparation, and all aspects of case management. Since joining Beveridge & Diamond, he has been recognized for his strong writing skills and is regularly tasked with attending agency rulemaking meetings and environmental conferences. His work helps keep the firm informed of key regulatory and legal developments through detailed memos that support attorney analysis, which provides responsive results for our clients.
While attending the University of Washington, Kevin developed an interest in energy production, natural resource management, and environmental restoration. His capstone project focused on the effective use of science to influence community environmental restoration projects. At the firm, much of Kevin’s work has centered on stormwater regulations and best management practices. He is also one of the firm’s lead researchers on new and emerging chemicals of concern, such as 6PPD-quinone and PFAS.
Kevin enjoys tackling in-depth research assignments and manages many of the firm’s long-term tracking indexes, including the nationwide greenwashing litigation and regulation tracker, the RCRA penalty index, environmental enforcement actions in Oregon and Washington, and emerging product stewardship programs. His ability to efficiently locate key information, coupled with his writing skills and attention to detail, has made him an important part of the firm’s Seattle office and a valuable resource for Beveridge & Diamond’s attorneys and clients.
