Biography

Korinna applies her experience in environmental law and litigation to support clients navigating complex enforcement matters.

At B&D, Korinna has worked on a variety of matters across federal, state, and municipal jurisdictions. She has experience collaborating on cases arising under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act.

Korinna previously served as a law clerk in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division and as a legal intern with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. She also gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Hon. Kermit V. Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Before joining the firm, Korinna was deeply involved in her communities at Boston College and at Williams College. She designed and taught an undergraduate course on environmental law at both institutions and was selected as part of Boston College’s eighteen-member delegation to COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
