Lauren leverages her background in environmental studies to provide clients with a deeper understanding of complex regulatory frameworks.

Lauren serves clients on regulatory matters in a wide variety of sectors. This work primarily focuses on common law, the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, RCRA, and their state analogues. Her experience also includes guiding clients on environmental compliance in emerging fields such as recycling, green marketing, environmental justice, and broader ESG topics.

Before joining Beveridge & Diamond, Lauren was an associate at a plaintiff’s-side complex litigation firm in Seattle, Washington, where she contributed to numerous multi-million-dollar outcomes for consumers. She previously represented consumer and government-entity plaintiffs in class actions and Multi District Litigations.

While pursuing her J.D., Lauren researched international environmental issues with the Global Rights Compliance and advised California counties on environmental regulatory compliance as a law clerk with the Environmental Defense Center. She also served as a member of Vanderbilt’s Sustainability Committee.
