Biography
Olivia advises clients on environmental litigation and compliance, with experience spanning nonprofit advocacy, international law firm training, and community-focused legal work.
She has supported matters involving contamination, enforcement, and regulatory compliance, giving her a practical foundation in the statutes and agencies that shape the field, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
Before joining the firm, Olivia worked with the Environmental Defense Fund, the Columbia Environmental and Climate Justice Clinic, and the New York Environmental Law & Justice Project. Across these experiences, Olivia advised local grassroots community organizations and conducted research on public trust and environmental rights amendment law. She also contributed to research and strategy on complex disputes during her summers at an international law firm. Fluent in Spanish and conversant in French, she brings cross-cultural communication skills to her practice.
Outside of work, Olivia is active in animal rescue and environmental volunteer efforts.
