Dylan Sanders Joins Beveridge & Diamond’s Boston Office, Enhancing Firm’s Environmental Litigation Practice

Beveridge & Diamond is pleased to announce the addition of Dylan Sanders to the firm’s Boston Office. His exceptional track record in disputes involving environmental, real estate, land use, and administrative law makes him a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.

Dylan has over 25 years of experience successfully navigating clients through the intricacies of zoning, permitting, and land-use litigation. His extensive knowledge of state and federal environmental laws, including Chapter 21E and the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, wetlands laws, and Chapter 91, the state’s waterways law, enables him to provide counsel to clients facing complex environmental challenges.

"Dylan's expertise in real estate, environmental law, and administrative matters perfectly aligns with B&D's commitment to delivering outstanding legal services to our clients," said Brook Detterman, Boston Office Managing Principal. “His addition to our team further strengthens our litigation capabilities in crucial areas and reinforces our position as a leading law firm in Massachusetts."

In addition to his work in real estate and environmental litigation, Dylan has successfully handled various general business litigation matters. His experience extends to product liability cases involving consumer products mass torts, as well as professional malpractice defense.

Dylan has appeared before numerous federal and state courts, including the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the state's Land Court and Superior Court, and the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and Supreme Judicial Court. He has notably participated in four landmark environmental cases before the Supreme Judicial Court: Bank v. Thermo Elemental, Moot v. Golledge, Kain v. Department of Environmental Protection, and most recently, Armstrong v. Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs.

B&D’s more than 50 litigators represent clients in civil, criminal, and appellate court cases and in administrative, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. In 2023 U.S. News-Best Lawyers named B&D its “Law Firm of the Year” for Environmental Litigation, and we regularly receive recognition by AmLaw’s Litigation Daily as “Litigators of the Week.”

In addition to our litigation practice, B&D is consistently recognized as a top-tier nationwide environmental practice by Chambers USA. We help clients around the world resolve critical environmental and sustainability issues relating to their products, facilities, and operations.
