Biography

William brings his broad experience in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory research to complex litigation matters.

He has supported a wide range of matters, including white collar crime, civil litigation, and eminent domain, by conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, and preparing responses to interrogatories. He has also compiled and analyzed discovery for complex litigation, created client-facing presentation materials, and explored applications of artificial intelligence in arbitration matters under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Additionally, William has attended depositions, mediations, and scheduling conferences, deepening his familiarity with litigation strategy and process.

William’s ability to analyze and present legal issues with clarity and precision is enhanced by his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English Literature. He combines this knowledge with his legal training to navigate complex regulatory and litigation challenges.

While pursuing his J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley, William served as Executive Editor of Ecology Law Quarterly, where he further developed his expertise in environmental law and litigation.
