Drew, who led B&D’s litigation team in San Francisco v. EPA, and Erika will examine what the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision means for municipal clean water agencies, with a focus on practical considerations for permitting, strategies for addressing problematic permit conditions, navigating the murky enforcement environment and potential opportunities to modify certain Clean Water Act consent decrees.
