Dan Krainin and Katrina Krebs to Speak on New York’s Green Amendment at NYSBA Environment Section Fall Meeting

New York Office Managing Principal Dan Krainin and Principal Katrina Krebs (New York) will participate in “When Environmental Claims Become Constitutional: New York’s Green Amendment and the Next Wave of Litigation” during the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA)’s Environmental and Energy Law Section 2026 Fall Meeting.

The panel will focus on how constitutional claims are shaping environmental litigation and creating new risks for regulated entities. Dan will moderate the discussion, with Katrina serving as a panelist.
