Roy Prather to Join Panel on Legal Business Ownership at MCCA Pathways

Principal Roy Prather (Baltimore) will join a panel on “Who Owns the Law? Capital, Control, and the Future of Legal Business” during the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s (MCCA) 2026 Pathways Conference.

The panel will examine nonlawyer ownership of law firms, fee-sharing, professional independence, and whether outside capital can expand access to legal services while protecting client interests.
