National Law Journal Names B&D to "Midsize Hot List" for 2015

The National Law Journal has again included Beveridge & Diamond on its "Midsize Hot List" for 2015. The list recognizes 20 law firms of between 50 and 150 lawyers that demonstrate creative strategies that keep them competitive against much larger law firms. 2015 marks the fourth time that B&D has been so honored, having previously been recognized in 2011, 2012, and 2013.

As noted in the introduction to the report, attorneys at the selected firms “excel at deal-making, litigation, counseling, and other legal services.... They build cultures that attract and retain top talent. And they take pains to understand and serve their clients' needs.”

"We are gratified to again appear on the Midsize Hot List," said Managing Principal Ben Wilson. "Our focused practice, emphasis on client service, and leadership and innovation on diversity and inclusion are key to our firm’s culture and to the value we provide to clients.”

In selecting B&D for inclusion on this year’s list, the National Law Journal cited the firm’s deep environmental regulatory and project development capabilities, environmental and toxic tort litigation, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. They also recognized the recent appellate wins of Principals Bryan Moore (Austin) and Jimmy Slaughter (Washington, DC) and quoted both of them.
