Of Counsel Gus Bauman (Washington, DC) will moderate a panel and speak at the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) Real Property Section's 2025 Land Use Institute. In the morning, Gus will moderate a panel of Maryland Supreme Court and Appellate Court judges discussing recent land use appellate decisions and recommendations for improving land use appellate briefs. Later in the day during the plenary session, Gus will lead a panel discussing recent U.S. Supreme Court land use and environmental cases.
