Beveridge & Diamond Principal Marc Goldstein Joins EBC’s New Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee

Environmental Business Counsel New England

B&D Boston Principal Marc Goldstein has been appointed to the newly created Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (DEI) of the Environmental Business Counsel New England Inc. (EBC), a nonprofit organization, established in 1990. Marc also serves on the EBC Solid Waste Management Committee.

“I am thrilled to be part of EBC’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Amplifying the voices of all members of the environmental and energy sector is key to building a stronger industry,” Marc said. Marc is the Managing Principal of B&D’s Boston office.

The EBC was the first organization in the United States established to support and foster the development of the environmental industry and it continues to support job growth in emerging environmental and energy businesses.

Beveridge & Diamond’s Boston office consists of nine lawyers, all of whom dedicate their practice to environmental and land use issues, including environmental compliance, auditing, and due diligence; defense of citizen suits and enforcement actions before U.S. EPA and MassDEP; solid waste management; energy project development; Title 5 air permitting; zoning and land use permitting and litigation; chemical regulatory issues; and climate change. Marc’s practice focuses on helping clients resolve environmental and land use disputes and to develop residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Marc is in the midst of permitting and defending in litigation a waste transfer station south of Boston.
