Principal Erika Spanton (Seattle) will present, "Key Water Quality Developments Coming Down the Pipe," on October 24, at Plumbing Manufacturers International (PMI)'s 2023 Manufacturing Success Conference. Erika will examine coming 2024 Biden administration rulemakings, as well as key Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations; including strengthening the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) and amending Waters of the United States (WOTUS).
