Jamie Auslander Named a 2026 Law360 Environmental MVP
Beveridge & Diamond (B&D) is pleased to announce that Law360 named Principal Jamie Auslander (Washington, DC) a 2026 Environmental MVP. The annual awards recognize attorneys who “stand out from their peers by notching significant achievements in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-setting transactions.”
Jamie co-chairs B&D’s Natural Resources and Project Development practice and represents clients in complex environmental and administrative law matters involving energy development, federal permitting, natural resources, and infrastructure projects.
Over the past year, Jamie has led several significant litigation victories, including:
- Securing a major victory for the wind energy industry in multi-phase litigation challenging the federal government’s suspension of all new permitting for new onshore and offshore wind projects. The federal government dropped its appeal in June 2026.
- Winning a preliminary injunction of a federal suspension order and enabling construction and operation of an offshore wind project to continue.
- Successfully challenging the Council on Environmental Quality's National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations.
Through his work, Jamie helps clients navigate complex regulatory challenges, advance major energy and infrastructure projects, and shape the legal framework governing environmental review and natural resource development nationwide.
Earlier this year, Law360 named B&D a 2025 Environmental Practice Group of the Year. The publication also recognized two B&D victories in its Biggest Energy & Environmental Court Decisions Of 2025. Jamie joins Principals Parker Moore (Washington, DC), Eric Klein (Boston), and Jimmy Slaughter (Washington, DC) as recipients of Law360 MVP awards.
