As the Trump administration considers whether and how to modify the U.S. federal approach to PFAS in the EPA chemical and site cleanup regulatory scheme, states and local governments are plowing forward.  And similar situations are unfolding with respect to other emerging contaminants like microplastics and 1,4-dioxane. Nessa will discuss ways to keep track of developments and engage with regulators, as well as considerations for existing and future site contamination and litigation.
