Principal Drew Silton (Washington, DC), who led Beveridge & Diamond’s litigation team to victory in San Francisco v. EPA, 145 S. Ct. 704 (2025), will speak at the Attorneys Committee Meeting of the California Association for Sanitary Agencies (CASA)'s Annual Meeting, on August 1. He will discus the implications of the Supreme Court’s decision in San Francisco v. EPA for municipal wastewater and stormwater agencies.
