B&D Sponsoring, Speaking at CLA's 32nd Annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite

Beveridge & Diamond is proud to sponsor the California Lawyer's Association (CLA)'s 32nd Annual Environmental Law Conference.

New York Office Managing Principal Dan Krainin, co-chair of B&D's Litigation Practice Group, will speak on a conference panel, "Public Entity Pursuit of Environmental Justice through Affirmative Litigation," on October 20. The panel will examine how local governments adopt affirmative litigation as a means of achieving environmental objectives. The speakers will discuss how public entities pursue these initiatives and their advantages and disadvantages from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives.

San Francisco Principals Jake Duginski and Susan Smith, Associates Jeff Clare and Claire McLeod Ruiz, and Law Clerk Sharon Mathew will also attend the conference.
