Richard Davis, Erika Spanton, Allyn Stern, and Spencer Gheen to Speak at NEBC Managing Stormwater in Washington Conference

Principal Erika Spanton (Seattle) will speak on a panel, "ISGP Enforcement and Best Practices," during the Northwest Environmental Business Council (NEBC)’s Managing Stormwater in Washington Conference. The panel will explore Industrial Stormwater General Permit compliance and enforcement from regulatory, legal, and technical perspectives. Erika also serves on the conference's planning committee.

Principal Richard Davis (Washington, DC) will speak during a session, "Dormant No More: Residual Designation Authority Comes into Sharp Focus." Panelists will discuss the Washington Department of Ecology’s recent use of Residual Designation Authority (RDA), examine emerging federal efforts to expand RDA to additional stormwater discharges, and offer practical guidance to help businesses prepare for potential regulatory changes. Office Managing Principal Allyn Stern (Seattle) will moderate the panel.

Of Counsel Spencer Gheen (Seattle) will join a panel discussion, "Inspections." The session will highlight strategies for conducting effective internal inspections, evaluating treatment system performance and maintaining readiness for regulatory oversight.
