John Cruden Speaking at LSI's Annual Santa Fe Advanced Conference on Litigating Natural Resource Damages

Principal John Cruden (Washington, DC) will present the opening address during the 12th Annual Law Seminars International (LSI) Santa Fe Advanced Conference on Litigating Natural Resource Damages. The program will take place in Santa Fe, New Mexico from July 18–19.

John's presentation, "The Status and Future of Cooperative Federalism," will take place on July 18 from 8:45–9:15 a.m. (MDT). His remarks will consider the relationship between federal, state, and tribal natural resource trustees, cooperative federalism, and the scope of trusteeship and authority.

Associates Jenny Leech (Washington, DC) and Kaitlyn Shannon (San Francisco, CA) will attend the conference. 

CLE credit will be available in some jurisdictions.
